月嫂大姐要保持日常个人卫生，不能使用香水，也不能使用化妆品，宝宝的肌肤比你想像得更敏感。

在工作的时候，项链、耳环、戒指、手镯、手表都是多余的。记住，一周必须剪一次指甲，你怀里、身边的小家伙是无价之宝。

4.衣着得体，避免过于暴露

在雇主家中的公共区域，如客厅、餐厅内不可穿着睡衣，或过于性感暴露的衣服，须知睡衣是只限于寝室内或上床前才穿的衣服，尤其家中只有男主人或儿童单独在家时更应避免。

6.保持积极乐观的工作态度，不抱怨

7.明确自己的位置

注意摆正自己的位置。任何时候都不要喧宾夺主。雇主家人在谈话、看电视、吃饭时应自觉回避到自己的房间或做其他的工作，给客户家人以必要的私人空间。不要打听客户的私事，更不要和其他月嫂在一起对雇主说长道短。

8.客户的叮嘱和交代要记请

因为语言等原因，未听清或未听懂的，月嫂大姐一定要问清楚，不要不懂装懂。交代过的事情不能让客户再三提醒。
