1.保证吃好、休息好

由于分娩会给产妇的身心造成极度劳累,所以分娩后的第一件事就是让产妇美美地睡一觉,家属不要轻易去打扰她。睡足之后,应吃些营养高且易消化的食物,同时要多喝水。“月子”里和哺乳期都应吃高营养、高热量、易消化的食物,以促使身体迅速恢复及保证乳量充足。

生产第二天就应当下床走动。但应注意不要受凉并避免冷风直吹。也可以在医护人员指导下,每天做一些简单的锻炼或产后体操,有利于恢复,并保持良好的体形。
